Why do we require a minimum order of $500?

It wouldn’t make sense to buy $100 of postage for $90, and then pay $10 to ship it. By having a larger order, we absorb the shipping fees for you so you can save more money.

Having a $500 minimum order means we have fewer transactions to process, and keeps our overhead lower. This allows us to reduce our pricing for postage.
Do you accept returns?
Yes. We accept returned items within 14 days from when they were confirmed delivered. We will provide a refund in full for all items that are returned in the original condition in which they were received. Please read our Terms & Conditions for more information about returns.
How much do you charge for shipping?
Domestic shipping is always free. All items are sent via USPS Priority Mail with tracking and signature confirmation. We will send you an email to let you know when your items have shipped, and we will provide you with a tracking number.
Are your stamps authentic USPS postage?
Yes. They are authentic USPS issued postage. All of our postage undergoes a series of tests for authenticity, and is money-back guaranteed to our customers.
Do postage stamps expire?
No. From the very first stamp issued in 1847, all unused U.S. postage stamps can be used today to mail letters and packages, or even pay for additional services like tracking and insurance. This means you can save big on shipping costs by using vintage stamps, since they sell in bulk at discounted pricing. All you need to do is make the required rate with stamps. Understanding the accrual definition of stamp values can be insightful: as stamps age and remain unused, they may increase in collectible value, making them not just practical for postage, but also potentially more valuable over time.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept payments by check, bank wire, or Zelle. Credit cards charge us a percentage of each transaction. By not having transaction fees, we can provide better discounts on our postage. For more information about payments and holding times please read our Terms & Conditions.
Do you charge sales tax?
No. The sales tax law states “Gross receipts from the sale of U.S. Postal Service stamps sold for the purpose of postage are not subject to tax.”
How long will it take to get my stamps?
All orders will be put on hold for up to 10 days from the date the order was placed until payment is received. Your items will be removed from our website and will no longer be available for sale to anyone during the holding time.
Check payments may require an additional holding time of 3-10 days from the date it was deposited to allow for the payment to completely process and clear.
We ship all cleared orders every Saturday. Tracking will be provided by email once your order ships.
How are you able to sell your stamp for less than the Post Office?
We acquire our postage from leftover business mailings, business liquidations, auctions, and stamp collectors at discounted rates and pass the savings to our customers.
